MODUS

MODUS is a study in armor, a slip-on runner built from plated panels: grey insets held in black frames, dotted with rivets, a cross-stitched band locking the midfoot. One toggle pulls the whole system shut.

Underneath, a pod-tread sole rings the foot with serrated edges. The exploded view tells the idea plainly: a shoe as a kit of parts, each plate pinned in place, assembly as the aesthetic.
