MERCURY

MERCURY is the only frame in the roster made of metal, and it is drawn as thin as the material allows. Two elongated lenses meet at a pinched bridge that looks poured rather than joined, a single bead of liquid caught at the moment it pulled apart into two.

Everything else is subtraction. There is no browline, no temple bulk, no visible hinge from the front; the rim is a wire holding a dark lens, and the only weight in the whole object sits at that bridge where the metal gathers.

Against SOLARA's mass and NIGHTWING's flat black plane, this is the roster's lightest gesture, the same question answered by taking almost everything away.
