BREATHDEEP PROJECTION

Through 2021 Ovidiu was the visual half of breathedeep, a Barcelona party crew. He built the projections that ran behind the decks: symmetrical fields of gold and orange light, the same language as CRYPTOMERSIVE, scaled down to a room and a screen and a crowd.

The run is documented night by night. Ítaca on 23 May. VinoKilo on 11 June, where the flyer credits him for a virtual reality experience alongside the DJs. Hypnotic School on 26 June. Buena Onda Social Club in September. Then Atlantic, the crew's own club, from October.

One photograph survives of the work actually running, a phone frame from the Ítaca night, the screen lit gold above the turntables. Everything else was live and went unrecorded.
